What we’ll cover

Formulated by Annie Sloan herself, this workshop is ideal for beginners. Whether you are completely new to craft and painting or simply to Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, the session will equip you with the basic skills needed to get started with your first upcycling project.

Maria has been trained by Annie herself to help make sure you get the very most from your Chalk Paint.

This is a hands-on workshop, giving you the chance to sample the paint, brushes and waxes for yourself.

Need to know

Where available, you may wish to combine this workshop with our Paint Your Own Piece wafter class which will give you the chance to start a project with supervision and transfer the skills learnt in the morning, this class continues straight after the morning session until 4.30pm (£55 fee for this add on and only available to 4 people)

What do I bring?

If just doing part 1 in the morning then NOTHING!
If your doing our paint a piece afterwards then you will need a small piece of furniture that you can carry yourself upstairs into the studio . No more than 60cm x 60 cm 60 cm, ideally a bedside cabinet, small table, chair or stool.

When and where?

The workshop will run from 10am to 1pm, upstairs in my paint studio at the shop.

How much does it cost?

The workshop costs £70 per person and includes access to all the tools, paint and creative materials needed for the session.
